Chris Czainski's work on exhibition at Staithes Galleryl
Chris Czainski was born in Blackpool and has always been interested in art and creativity. After bringing up her own five children she returned to full-time teaching in prison, children's homes and special units for pupils with behavioural problems, using art as the primary means of bringing education, hope and fulfillment to her charges.
She left teaching in 2005 to devote herself full-time to painting, printmaking and sculpture. She is currently working towards a BA Hons Fine Art. She also works in partnership with husband Paul Czainski in their studio and on decorative and trompe l'oeil commissions around the world.
Chris has exhibited at the Unitarian Church, Todmorden,
West Yorkshire and at the Leeds City Library. Her work can also be seen at
'Open Studios" at her home at Oatsroyd.
