Paul Talbot-Greaves: Watercolours and Acrylics

Paul Talbot-Greaves is a professional landscape painter and writer based in West Yorkshire. He is also a popular tutor in watercolour painting, with wide experience in tutoring aspiring painters at all levels. His own deceptively simple, stunningly beautiful paintings of the British countryside are testament to his mastery of this tricky yet most effective medium. He exhibits widely across the region and nationwide.

Paul Talbot-Greaves has published a number of books on the subject of watercolour painting, including Watercolour for Starters and 30 Minute Landscapes in Watercolour. He has appeared on British television and was a regional winner and national finalist in Channel Four's Watercolour Challenge programme. Paul has also produced four DVDs on the subject of watercolour painting which are regularly shown on Sky TV. He has taught and lectured in watercolour painting for some twelve years and more recently has begun to work in acrylics with stunning results. He is now offering to teach students wishing to work with this medium as well. His classes have proved extremely popular with beginners and accomplished artists alike.
